CHS DynAgra (“CHS”) and Decisive Farming Corp. (“Decisive Farming”) today announced an agreement for CHS DynAgra to market and sell Decisive Farming’s agronomy services (Sure Check & Flexi-Scout), variable rate technology (Optimize RX), crop marketing services (Know-Risk) and farm management software (My Farm Manager) to its farm customers.

“We are excited to be working with Decisive Farming to ensure our farm customers have access to the most reliable technology and dependable services in the market,” says Dennis Haw, Sales Manager, CHS DynAgra. “At CHS we are committed to making sure the services we provide perform in the field for our customers, and we really liked that Decisive Farming’s variable rate technology service Optimize RX has been able to maintain a 100 percent whole farm customer retention rate. That level of quality and service aligns with our overall business strategy and commitment to our growers,” said Haw.

“The adoption by growers in Western Canada of Optimize RX is occurring at a rapid pace. Canadian farmers realize that they would rather pay for a quality service because they can depend on it to provide a return on investment” says Remi Schmaltz, general manager, Decisive Farming. “With strong crop commodity prices in the past six years, the majority of farmers have moved from “cut cost” farming to making investments in services and technology that simplify farm management and provide reliable returns. With our service offerings, providing the highest level of reliability combined with the retail network of CHS will allow more growers to be able to access our services,” he said. Decisive Farming has been providing its patent pending variable rate technology service Optimize RX for seven years in Western Canada and its crop marketing service Know-Risk since 2009.
